Is Google SketchUp compatible with the new Apple IPad?
I am looking into doing architecture not only in college but also next year in the AP Art class I am taking. Granted yes I am looking into purchasing an Apple MacBook Pro but I also feel that the IPad could come out to be a lot more fun. The only reason that I would buy the IPad over the MacBook Pro is if the program that I use, Google SketchUp, is compatible with the IPad. I am just looking for some other opinions from some 3rd party people.

Can I charge my Apple iPad on my computer?
I got an iPad on the first day of release, and when I plug it into my computer, it says "Not Charging" the only way to charge my iPad is to use the wall adapter it comes packaged with. Is there a way I can charge it while it is plugged into my computer? Thanks!

I was looking at the iPad prices and i realized that the 3G network is alot more expensive than with out it. Is getting the 3G network really necessary? Or would it be better just to get the iPad without the 3G?
